We’re a community-centered gymnastics center founded by Julie and Lisa in 2018, fueled by a shared passion for gymnastics and a desire to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young athletes. With years of experience in the gymnastics world, we’ve seen first-hand the incredible impact this sport has on children’s confidence, strength, and life skills.

Julie and Lisa envisioned Fleet Gymnastics as a place where kids can grow in a positive and encouraging atmosphere, free from judgment and full of opportunity. From their very first cartwheel to more advanced techniques, every child’s journey is important to us. We cherish the moments when our students achieve personal milestones, knowing that we’re helping them build both physical strength and self-belief that will last a lifetime.

Dove Gymnastics – Benfleet Essex
Dove Gymnastics Club has proudly been a family-run club for over 23 years, nurturing gymnasts of all ages and abilities in a supportive and encouraging environment.
In January 2025, Lisa and Julie took over the club, marking an exciting new chapter in Dove’s story. This next step — Phase 2 of our journey — builds upon the strong foundation of our sister club, Fleet Gymnastics (Kent), where our child-focused approach has always been at the heart of what we do. 2026 Our Fleet Group expanded to the Weldon Wellness Pavilion We now run classes across 3 venues Monday to Saturday
At Fleet, we believe in providing flexibility for family life while helping every gymnast reach their full potential. Over the past few months, we’ve introduced these same values to Dove — combining the warmth and community spirit of a long-standing club with the fresh energy and modern approach that families have come to love from Fleet.
Together, we’re continuing Dove’s legacy while shaping its future — creating a welcoming space where every child can grow in confidence, skill, and joy through gymnastics.
